EUCOM Joint Analysis Center was activated at RAF Molesworth in October 1991 on the relocation and redsesignation of US European Defense Analysis Center EUDAC which had been colocated with USEUCOM at Patch Barracks Stuttgart Germany since its activation in August 1975. JAC was tasked with undertaking command level military intelligence analysis for the United States European Command managed by the Defense Intelligence Agency responsible for intelligence relating to over 50 countries in Europe and the Middle East. 

EUCOM Joint Analysis Center was redesignated Joint Intelligence Operations Center Europe JIOCEUR Analytic Center. AFRCOM established its intelligence center at RAF Molesworth in 2009 with over 77 countries in Europe Middle East and Africa being covered.
